Make This Super Budget Savvy Christmas Tree Collar To Elevate Any Tree & Theme
There is nothing jollier than budget savvy Christmas decor y’all!
Especially the DIY kind that doesn’t cost a thing.
After I put up my tree this year I decided it was time to add a cute Christmas tree collar. So naturally I did a little online shopping & found out they are like kinda expensive y’all!
So naturally I checked my supplies & decided to whip up my own DIY version.
The best part is it cost me $0 to make!
This year we also participated in a fun Christmas tree blog hop so be sure to check out the other amazing Christmas tree ideas linked at the bottom!

Supplies:
- Cardboard Box
- Spray Paint
- Twine
- Hot Glue
- Box Cutter
Procedure:
- Start by deciding how tall you want your collar to be, then, measure & mark the cardboard box. I went with 1ft.

2. Next use a sharp box cutter to cut along the line. You will have to press firmly to cut all the way through.

3. After the box/collar is cut out I added twine around the bottom using hot glue. This is going to give the collar a galvanized line look.

4. After the twine is attached to all four sides, I sprayed the cardboard box with Rust-oleum Galvanized spray paint.

That’s it y’all! Literally the easiest & most budget savvy Christmas tree collar ever!

The new Christmas Tree collar really elevated my decor & now I don’t have to see that ugly metal stand!

I love that you made this out of cardboard. That is such a good idea. Such a great thing for this year when we are all watching our pennies. I will definitely try this next year. I’m happy to discover you blog. I’m anxious to try the air fryer donuts. I’ve never seen those before.
