Layered Front Porch Rug Combinations
A super simple way to elevate your front porch to keep it looking fresh & inviting.
One of my favorite places to decorate is the front porch. My front porch gets visited often by the Amazon delivery man & I feel obligated to change it up so he doesn’t get bored. I love to change up the wreaths for the different holidays & seasons. I also love updating our front porch rug combinations! I’m really into the layered look because I feel like they look super fancy without much effort.
So I compiled a list of some of my favorite combos for y’all & spoiler alert they are all super budget savvy so feel free to change them up often! Plus you can even bring the base layers inside to share the love with your other floors.
The layers
First, you have the base layers, these are the ones listed on the left below, they lay down first. I recommend making sure these around 3’X5′ because you don’t want the doormat to completely cover it.
The top layer are your doormats, I feel like I go through these more often because they wear easier & are not machine washable like the base layers. Since I go through them more often I always make sure they are super budget savvy so I don’t feel guilty when they are replaced.

Base Layers:
- Gray & Bone
- Navy Blue Chevron
- Blue & Beige
- Black & White Check
- Multi-Colored Chevron
- Light Blue Chevron
- Navy & Beige Pattern
- Baja Blue
Doormats:
- Teal Hello
- Calico Hello
- Little Birds
- Bordered Hello
- Black Hello
- White Lettered Hello
- Home Sweet Home
- Oh You Pretty Thing (personal favorite)
These are a few of my favorite combinations, I like to mix it up often & keep it fresh. I really think my Amazon delivery guy will love the “oh you pretty thing” door mat combo, what can I say I’m a people pleaser. Feel free to share your favorite front porch rug combinations in the comments & anything else ya wanna leave me! I hope yall have a blessed week.
