Front Porch-
Our front porch got a little fall decor lovin this year with this designer esque fall wreath I created. I try to make most of my wreaths, but I don’t always have the spare time for my inner DIY queen to come out, so in those instances I turn to Amazon for some budget savvy wreaths.
No front porch is complete without a super cute layered front doormat! I snagged this one off Amazon but I have a whole list of favorite combinations I interchange. When it gets a little cooler we will head to the pumpkin patch & pick out some pumpkins for our front porch too!

Seasonal decorating can be super expensive & I just cant justify spending a ton on décor that will only be out for a little while, so I do my best to shop our home, find lots of bargains, & DIY as much as possible! Last years fall décor was mainly blue hues with white mixed in. I really loved the change of pace, but for this year I went back to traditional fall colors. Warm yellows & burnt oranges always give me the fall feels.

Tablescape-
So far this year I have DIYed my way through a fall wreath, dollar store pumpkin napkin rings, a scrap wood harvest sign, & a large fall wooden sign! I used a lot of décor from last year in new ways which makes it all feel like completely new décor.
My seasonal décor always starts with the dinning room tablescape. This is our “special occasion” table so once its set it can stay set because we don’t use it for our daily meals. I love the natural wood of this table so I don’t like to cover it completely, so this year I snagged a blanket scarf from the Target $1 section! That place always traps me.

I am a huge fan of white plates because they can be used for every season or occasion & its easy to dress them up with a fun themey side plate.
The napkin rings were my first DIY dollar store project of the season & they add a little extra special touch to the table. The faux Pottery Barn placemats were also a dollar store project. Clearly the dollar store traps me also.

This year I kept the centerpiece simple with white candles & faux leaves. I big puffy heart love how cozy this tablescape feels. The traditional fall colors just felt right this year & hoarding white pumpkins makes it easy to interchange them with any color scheme.

Mantle Decor-
Our next stop is the fireplace mantel, its really the center of our home since we spend a lot of time in the living room.
This year I wanted a nice big piece of fall art to be the center of attention, but so I made that large wooden sign. They can be really expensive & I was able to make this one for under $20 so I happy dance every time I see it.
I bought those cute vases from the target dollar section for $3 a piece & just added some greenery. One trick I like to use to add some height to my décor is stacking things on top of books. They add to the décor & create great dimension to the décor.

Those candle sticks you might recognize from last years Christmas tablescape, I will reuse décor whenever possible to keep things budget savvy.

I was clearly in a DIY mood this year because I whipped up this scrap wood harvest sign for a group challenge in August. It was super simple & cost me nothing to make! Its nice & neutral too so it can be used with any themed fall décor I decide.

We use the kitchen a lot & by we I mean Justin, so all my décor in here has to be subtle & out of the way. Usually I just interchange some of our staple décor with seasonal pieces like this rustic wood pumpkin & call it a day.

I hope yall enjoyed our fall decor home tour & I wish you a fall full of pumpkin patches, bonfires, & wonderful memories! Happy fall yall!
